Christmas Fevers: Christmas Around The World

Christmas is celebrated around the world in different styles and traditional prayers. As Christmas is the major festival of Christian’s community and found to be as holidays or long weekends so everyone is excited about the day celebrations way before the Christmas Eve, they prepare different meals and deserts especially for that day and organize different Christmas parties for family and friends get together.

Christmas is also celebrated in most of the countries where Christian’s communities are as minorities, they arrange Christmas get together and small festivals where non Christian also participates just to enjoy the celebrations. Here are some Christmas traditions and celebrations which countries around the world follow in Christmas Eve.

Christmas in UK:

In UK Christmas is celebrated in very colourful way they decorate their shops, streets and houses with Christmas bulbs, wreaths and charismas tress everywhere. Peoples arrange stories that illustrate the birth of Jesus with statues, dolls and animals. Children’s hang their socks near fireplace or near their bed and wait all night for Santa who comes to give them Christmas gift all the way from North Pole. On Christmas they go to church for special prayers and spend time with their families and exchange Christmas gifts to each others.

Christmas in USA:

In Christmas peoples of United States of America used to decorate their houses wonderfully go shopping for celebrations even Whitehouse is being decorated well days before the Christmas Eve they decorate and light the Christmas tree in center of city and organize events for that. On Christmas they prepare special foods like turkey and breads, visit church and family or friends homes. They organize late night concerts where a huge amount of people participate and enjoy all night on Christmas.

Christmas in Canada:

Many outsiders or non Christians are resident of Canada so as Christmas is celebrated in variety and as a public holiday. They celebrate the day with traditional decorations and special prayers in church and exchanging gifts to their loved ones, arrange dance parties and festivals with a Christmas figure Santa Claus in it who gave many gifts to children’s.

Christmas in Germany:

In Germany they arrange festivals for Christmas celebrations, according to their traditions peoples go shopping for decorations and celebrations items. Parents decorate a separate room with lights and Christmas tree which look close like as children’s all time favourite Santa Claus home and lock the room until the Christmas bell rings and when the bell rings on Christmas night children’s go into that room and find different cookies, fruits and lots of gifts specially for them, parents reads Christmas stories to children’s in the room then they go for Christmas dinner which is prepared by ladies where variety of food are served. On Christmas day they go for special prayers and Christmas parades where they enjoy all day with their friends and families.
